You may have heard about the unprecedented flooding this week in southern New England, and in our home state of Rhode Island in particular. While many InsureMyTrip employees were personally affected by the swelling waters, it was business as usual with our customers.
The office may have been closed on Wednesday, but our employees who were able worked from their homes. Customer Care staff, who have been trained to use our remote technology tools to operate away from the office, were up and running as quickly as possible. We work hard to ensure that nothing Mother Nature throws at us affects the service we provide our customers.
While some of our employees continue to struggle with flooded homes, we’re getting back to normal at the office here in Warwick. To our customers also struck by the flooding, we’re thinking of you and wishing you the best. And if you had a trip scheduled this week, we hope you are insured!
